Summer service starts 06/22/2020 on all four corridors! - YARTS - Public Transit to Yosemite
Summer service starts 06/22/2020 on all four corridors!

Beginning Monday, June 22, 2020 the YARTS 2020 Summer schedule will begin on all four corridors.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following changes will be in effect this year:

    • • Passengers will be required to wear a face mask at all times while on a YARTS bus.  There will be a $1.00 mask surcharge for all reservations and a mask will be provided to each passenger who does not bring their own.
    • • Passengers who are experiencing symptoms of illness including, but not limited to, fever, cough, and body aches, will not be permitted to ride YARTS.
    • • Customers are asked to sit apart from other passengers on the YARTS bus to the greatest extent possible, depending on bus capacity.
    • • Passengers who do not comply with the mask and social distancing policies, or who are exhibiting signs of illness, will not be permitted to ride.
    • • Seating capacity will be limited on all buses to allow for some space between parties.  Reservations are highly encouraged as there will be very limited availability for walk-on passengers.
      • • For the health and safety of bus drivers, credit cards continue to be the preferred method of payment on buses, although cash will still be accepted (exact change only; no change given)
    • The YARTS fare structure remains unchanged, see Tickets & Fares for more information.

Please note: The Yosemite Valley shuttle service will not be operating this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All YARTS reservations into Yosemite National Park include park admission.

No additional day pass issued by the National Park Service is required for YARTS passengers.
